As these micro-traumas accumulate, it can impact how we respond to life challenges and influence our view of the world and ourselves. I want to help you view life through a different lens, or perhaps help you identify new strategies in responding to your adverse experiences. Healing your trauma gives yourself the permission to take back your sense of power and strengthen your sense of self.
I offer psychotherapy for those struggling and searching for a deep understanding in order to have peace and purpose in their lives. Working through your emotions and subconscious patterns is an integral step towards healing, this can be the catalyst toward achieving the lifestyle, relationships, and success you desire.
I specialize in work with adolescents and adults who have experienced various trauma in their lives. Having personally dealt with profound challenges, and doing the work to heal and create a life that serves me, I have found a deep sense purpose in helping others achieve the same.
