My therapeutic approach is one of acceptance and openness, with humble curiosity and respect.
My areas of focus include relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I practice Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy with a feminist, multicultural, and LGBTQ+-affirming lens.
