I love helping folks reconnect with their deepest selves. What is possible in life when we are able to reclaim our centers, our inner compasses, and our senses of inherent wholeness? As a therapist, I hold space for and support my clients as they navigate the big everything that is going on for them, as well as help tend to wounds that are old, those that are new, and/or those that are currently being opened. As we tend to whatever needs tending, I help facilitate a somatic, embodied (re)discovery of a sense of ground, wholeness, and inherent goodness that can be practiced and returned to, even in the face of stress and difficulty.
I am a holistic, somatic therapist who is first a deep listener, collaborating with my clients' beings, stories and bodies to uncover what they most need from me in their processes. Working together, we discover how to access more real-time opportunities for clients to live and breathe the fullest expressions of themselves.
