Through EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy) and CBT techniques, I can help you learn to approach daily living from a more peaceful and joyful place. In addition, these practices will allow you to manage better the stressors of daily living, relationship problems, and significant life changes.
I've found that pulling from multiple techniques allows me to help clients more effectively and efficiently. A few of the models I use to do this include EMDR, Hypnotherapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, as well as incorporating elements of Internal Family Systems therapy.
