Welcome! I believe the path to growth and healing is unique to everyone, and that individuals are the ultimate experts on their lives. I am passionate about working collaboratively with clients struggling with a range of challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, peer/relational difficulties, life adjustment/transitions, work-life balance, and identity exploration. I am committed to building safe and trusting relationships, while providing an accepting environment for my clients to begin working towards positive change.
My hope for my clients is to empower them in healing the source of their distress, helping them build capacity for emotion expression and regulation, and supporting them in incorporating behaviors that lead to a healthier self and stronger relationships.
I work from person-centered & strengths-based approaches, while incorporating techniques grounded in CBT, attachment, somatic, mindfulness-based and trauma-focused frameworks to fit the needs of each client.
