I am located at Nashville Neuro Psychiatric Associates near Music Row. Grief, anxiety, trauma, and sports performance are my primary areas of interest. As a former athlete, coach, and organizational leader, I understand the impact our inner voice has upon our confidence, mood, and relationships. Gaining insight into ourselves can free us to overcome obstacles that seemed historically insurmountable.
I completed an MS in Human Performance and MA in mental health counseling. I began working in mental health more than 20 years ago with experience in crisis assessment, inpatient, PHP, and IOP. I enjoy working with children adolescents and adults and appreciate the unique experience of the individual.
