English
| Արևելահայերեն | Русский I approach therapy with the spirit of recognizing the primary human need to find meaning and purpose in life’s situations and experiences, especially those that are painful. So, whether you are experiencing suffering that is the result of anger, depression, anxiety, grief, addiction, trauma, or relational distress, my focus (given my training and experience through the years) will be to give you the tools to reduce your suffering and for you to see that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
Not being a believer of mere "talk therapy" myself, I approach each session with an attitude that seeks to create a warm and accepting atmosphere for you to feel comfortable as we discuss the struggles you are facing, to address the root cause(s) of your concerns, rather than remain on the level of symptom relief.
To guide you in the process of attending to parts of you that may need healing, I provide you with tools to address the particular issues that bring you to therapy, and offer you constant feedback and encouragement as you apply them outside the session. Therefore, therapy to me is not a venting session, but an opportunity for real inner change to take place!
