When working with couples, I use practical, real-life steps to help you through the never-ending burden of repetitive arguments, and to promote clarity, build mutual understanding, and strengthen connection in your relationship. I draw from the Gottman Method, a research-based approach to couples therapy in which I have received specialized training.
