I am a resident professional counselor who is passionate about helping adults, couples, and the elderly address challenges and live a happier life. I specialize in depression, anxiety, life transitions, women's issues, self-esteem, coping skills, ADHD, and behavioral issues. As a former case manager, I am equipped to guide clients through external challenges they may face outside of therapeutic sessions. I completed my Master of Science at Grand Canyon University. I utilize multiple treatment approaches, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and acceptany, solution-focused brief therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
