We will work towards you reclaiming ownership of your story. I have expertise working with with trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions and perinatal mood presentations.
My approach centers on developing a rich therapeutic relationship through the use of psychodynamic psychotherapy and collaboratively creating a space where you can be seen and heard. I look forward to partnering with you as you develop tools that allow you to bravely cultivate your curiosity and develop a deeper sense of personal agency in the process.
