My treatment modalities are integrative and are tailored to the needs of the client. There isn't one all encompassing treatment plan because each client is different and needs vary. I utilize a variety of theoretical orientations and techniques such as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy, Narrative, Person-Centered, and Play Therapy.
One of the most important aspects of counseling that I would like to highlight is cultural competence. Being culturally aware is important for therapists and one that I uphold highly.
