My approach is psychodynamic, relational, cognitive-behavioral, and solution-focused. I am also trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples.
I strive to create a warm, supportive, and safe environment in which to explore and understand the behaviors, thought patterns and feelings that concern you. Seeing my clients find self-acceptance, forgiveness, resiliency and self-awareness is tremendously rewarding.
