Anxiety, depression as well as other symptoms can be doorways to your healing if managed effectively.
Utilizing a strength-based collaborative approach, together we will access the solution to your problems. I believe the quality of your relationship with others greatly depends on the relationship you have with yourself. Often there are unrecognized patterns in our thoughts and behavior that influence our actions and thinking.
I work with clients to recognize their unconscious thoughts and behavior so they can heal various cycles of pain and improve the quality of their lives.
