I have 25 years of experience treating adolescents, adults and couples. I work well with anxiety, depression, relationship and family of origin issues, issues of aging, bereavement, eating disorders and body image issues. I am interested in helping you to make sense of your experience and to replace maladaptive patterns of behavior with healthy ones.
In addition to my social work training, I completed psychoanalytic training. My approach is relational, which focuses on the nature of your past and present relationships with significant others. I see therapy as a journey of discovery during which you will get to know yourself in new ways and find new capacities for change.
