I believe it is very important to cultivate a secure relationship. I use evidence-based therapies and use an eclectic blend of person-centered approaches to meet the needs of each individual. My goal is to meet each client where they are at, help them identify their innate assets and apply them to the areas of their lives where they are struggling. I believe that our mental and emotional health is just as important as our physical health.
Much of my work includes working with those healing from many different kinds of complex trauma: physical & sexual abuse, depression and anxiety however, my work is not limited to those issues. I also work with couples and families.
I am a certified ketamine assisted psychotherapist and use a therapeutic modality called Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAP), the use of ketamine as a complement to psychotherapy. If you are currently utilizing ketamine without the support of a trained therapist, please consider contacting me.
