I'm here to provide a safe, nurturing space to help repair and heal patterns of invalidation. Therapy combining nonjudgmental listening and solid, practical tips can help repair these wounds, improving your relationships and self-esteem. I will give you tools to help balance and make sense of your emotions so you can work with them. I also provide Brainspotting, a method for safely processing traumas, as well as other body-focused therapies, to soothe your nervous system.
