I work with my clients to help them understand how anxiety, depression, addiction, or trauma may be getting in the way of living the life they want to live. We can work together on healthier choices and learn new ways to cope with everyday stressors. Psychotherapy is my second career. I decided my last career would be about helping others.
My therapy background is working for 18 years in an in-patient behavioral health unit at a hospital as part of a treatment team of psychiatrists, nurses, and mental health workers. I recently retired from the hospital and wished to continue providing therapy in my private practice.
