Wanting to make a change in your life, however big or small, can be a very difficult but important realization. I have had extensive experience in substance abuse, anxiety/ depression, and relationship/ family issues as well as other life challenges.
I work with adolescents and adults who are seeking to make positive changes in their lives through either individual, couples, or family counseling. I believe every client and situation is unique and work with you to develop a specialized plan that you are comfortable with and feel confident about.
I believe in a holistic approach and address all aspects of mind, body, and spirit in helping affect change. My training has been with a strong emphasis on mindfulness and present moment awareness which has proved invaluable in being able to help and share with my clients.
