Hi! Are you looking for the right therapist? Maybe you have a struggling teen? Puberty, anxiety , depression and other teen age issues can leave a parent feeling very frustrated. Or maybe you’re a young adult with “what’s next” questions. Or as an adult, feeling anxious or sad. I’m a licensed Mental Health Counselor and was a School Counselor with 30+ years. I provide counseling through motivation, coaching, problem solving and forming goals together. My approach is eclectic, based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy infused with energy work including EFT Tapping, breath work, manifesting through positive thought and mindfulness.
My client population? 12 years old and up. We figure out together what the issue(s) are and make a plan. There is nothing I haven't heard. I can't wait to hear "When can I come back"! I am constantly learning and am very intuitive.
