We all go through hard times. Through my extensive work with children, families and adults, I've learned effective strategies for supporting those who are experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, anger, depression, grief, eating disorders, parent-child conflict, relationship issues, and the effects of living with a painful past. I have experience treating codependency and hoarding.
In children, the effects of trauma can result in anger, inability to focus, defiance & depression. My primary approach with children is through art/play therapy to help the children express their inner world. I strive to provide services to children, adults & families to help support, strengthen relationships, and heal hearts.
