I work with young children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing mental health concerns, traumatic life events, and life challenges. My treatment modalities include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Client-Centered Therapy and Play Therapy. Life often presents challenges and my goal is to provide a safe place for processing, healing, and growth.
I collaborate with every client to find the best path based on their needs and goals. Therapy should help the client achieve insight, coping skills, and positive self-concept to be successful in all areas of their life.
