Guided by your pace, I seek to be a supportive and active presence as you follow your unique path into and through the changes life presents.
Change invites us to be present, especially to very difficult emotions, this is where the opportunity for transformation arises. I am a marriage and family therapist and a grief counselor.
I believe that healing and resilience are connected to how we seek and create meaning and purpose out of the events and circumstances of our lives. To aid that process, I draw upon the wisdom of various spiritual traditions as well as the holistic approach found in complimentary and integrative therapies.
