Now accepting new clients! For over three decades I have worked with people of all ages and from many diverse backgrounds. Overall, I am passionate about all the people I serve! My primary focus is working with at risk children ages 5 - 18 who have faced a variety of challenges. However, I work with children, families, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, foster care, divorce, loss and grief, and substance abuse and chemical dependency issues. No journey is easy, but it can be less difficult when we are not walking alone.
Hope is at my core, and I never give up. I don’t have all the answers because I believe everyone comes with their own unique solutions. I facilitate the conversation until each person finds the answers right for their specific situation. I use a combination of motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness and relaxation.
