It's my belief that not everyone needs or wants the same "model", but it seems true that we all want to experience empowerment and feelings of happiness. Through using CBT, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR (not on Telehealth), and Art projects, I've found that most everyone can improve the quality of their lives.
With a strong background and extensive experience working with trauma survivors, I have found treating underlying traumatic content, optimizes the beneficial outcome of all personal growth therapy.
