My therapeutic approach integrates relational, insight-oriented, and Internal Family Systems modalities with mindfulness-based practices.
For more than 20 years, I have provided individual psychotherapy to adults and adolescents of all orientations. I have in-depth experience with trauma, grief, chronic illness, gender and sexual orientation, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, life transitions, stress management and the many symptoms that accompany these issues.
My practice is located at 264 Beacon Street in Boston's Back Bay. While convenient to Copley Square, my office is removed from traffic, ensuring quiet and privacy. There is a wheelchair-accessible entrance and elevator.
