I specialize in working with trauma and PTSD, anxiety, and self esteem in college students and young professionals. My goal as we work together is for you to increase your sense of stability and awareness. We'll explore current patterns and process painful parts of your past that prevent you from making changes in your work, relationships, and daily life.
My approach to therapy is to help you feel understood and foster a space for mindfulness, deep connections, and self-acceptance. I am collaborative, gentle, and non-judgmental as I challenge you to unlearn messages and strategies that are no longer working for you.
