I work with teens adults, families, couples, seniors. I refer out of my practice for dual diagnoses support /psych testing as well as medical testing. I am trained in interventions to reduce symptoms associated with ADHD, anxiety and depression for children, teens and adults. The interventions I commonly use are CBT, MBSR, and ACT.
I’m a reflective listener. Together, we can do the work needed to solve problems and explore meaningful ways toward change.
