We all experience changes on a daily basis. However, its during the more difficult times that we may want some guidance and support to help us navigate through the storm. I assist clients toward developing steps toward meeting their goals, processing through identified barriers and maintaining focus thru treatment. I believe that even the difficult changes have the potential to transform into positive outcomes.
Treatment is individualized by developing a personalized treatment plan and utilizing time oriented goals (3, 6, 9 or 12 month treatment program). Dr. Erb's office is located at her holistic wellness center "Wellness Rocks, LLC". Various programs / services (Reiki, meditation, yoga, massage, nutritional counseling ...) further assist her clients toward health and vitality.
Dr. Erb's overall treatment protocol focuses on the mind, body and spirit connection. She believes that adjusting to change requires an approach on all three levels. In addition, as clients often require flexibility due to their personal schedules, sessions are available via in person, phone, video and/or email contact for their convenience.
