I work with adult individuals who struggle with heightened emotional responses, relationship issues, and trauma. I also work with individuals who identify as Adult Children of Emotionally Immature/ Narcissistic Parents and are in recovery from emotional abuse. DBT assists with emotion dysregulation and increasing skills related to Mindfulness, Emotion regulation, Interpersonal effectiveness and Distress tolerance. EMDR is effective in the treatment of trauma and PTSD, as well as many other challenges. More information on these approaches can be read on my website.
