Everyone needs a little help now and then. I am a licensed clinical social worker practicing for over 20 years. I have extensive experience with substance abuse/addiction, eating disorders, trauma and mood disorders (depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar) along with issues related to grief and mild cognitive impairment and caregiving issues. I work with adults and families.
I work in collaboration with the individual, this is your treatment after all. I come from a non-judgmental supportive and compassionate place in working with clients. I have training in family systems, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral therapy, trauma informed care, and mindfulness. I have a person centered approach.
