I have experience working with a wide range of issues including loss, childhood trauma, fear/ anxiety, sexuality, relationships, inner-critic and life-path struggles. I draw on a blend of traditional, somatic (body-oriented), and mindfulness approaches, helping my clients discover potent and untapped resources that encourage meaningful and lasting change.
I provide therapy to individuals and couples. I offer a free 20 minute phone consultation to help you decide if I am a good fit for you. I am an "out-of-network" provider and am happy to provide a monthly super bill for fees paid by you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
