As a Ghanaian & a veteran of the United States Army, I understand the stigma that is placed on mental health. It can be difficult to reach out for support when you need it. If that is you, then know that I will go slow & not push you too quickly. I am a trauma-informed therapist who is also currently a Level 2 Gottman Method Couples Therapist. Currently, I am working towards my Certification in Sex Therapy. I specialize in couples struggling with infidelity, relational conflict, intimacy, communication issues, & sex. I have received supplementary training in Gottman Method Affairs & Trauma, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Intimacy, Infidelity, Anxiety, & Solution-Focused Therapy.
