Nancy grounds her practice in psychodynamic theory, Bowen Family Systems theory, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy among other modalities. She has particular expertise in supporting parents of kids of all ages & all the anxieties parents face today, college students, and working with emerging adults beginning life on their own.
