I work with clients to establish goals that will promote progress and provide them with tools that equip them to implement change. Change is not linear and looks different for everyone which is why I make it a point to get to know my clients and what they feel their needs are. I am committed to creating a safe environment that allows you to feel comfortable sharing your personal thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I provide an eclectic approach that incorporates an array of therapeutic modalities, including CBT and DBT strategies, mindfulness, and solution focused techniques. I know that no two clients are the same! Truly getting to know my clients and tailoring my approach to each individual has been my most successful approach in practice.
I know the idea of going to therapy can be a new and scary venture for a lot of people. With this in mind, I work with clients to build a strong foundation and connection as this is a key component of the therapeutic process.
