Welcome to Nala Counseling & Wellness! Our diverse, experienced and compassionate therapists are dedicated to providing a culturally sensitive and supportive environment for all. We offer telehealth counseling for individuals, couples, and families with specialities in serving our BIPOC, Hispanic, Latinx, Spanish-speaking & LGBTQ+ communities. We understand the unique challenges you face and we are here to help you navigate them with respect and understanding. We will support you in overcoming obstacles and embracing your authentic self. Specialities include chronic traumatic stress, trauma informed therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples, bilingual (Spanish) counseling, life transitions & more. We will help you to explore issues related to anxiety, depression, grief, men's & women's issues, young adult stressors, PTSD & spiritual/christian based counseling upon request.
We accept Aetna, United & Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO. We also offer private pay sessions for your confidentiality and can help you with insurance reimbursement for out of network services.
