Life can be challenging sometimes and sometimes we don't know where to start when things don't feel right. One of my main goals as a counselor is that my clients feel heard and their feelings are expressed. I have worked with various individuals giving treatment for Depression, Anxiety, Substance Abuse Disorder,Anger Management, Mood Disorders, Adjustment Disorder, PTSD, Trauma, Self Esteem, Stress Reduction, and severe Mental Health Diagnosis .
