My ideal client is someone who is tired of hearing that living with depression and anxiety is normal. He/she is interested in digging deeper, and understanding the underlying reason for his/her symptoms. He/she refuses to accept that life with anxiety or depression is the new norm, because they know a more empowered life is possible.
My specialty is to work with you to discover the root cause for your anxiety and depression. We will work on identifying when and why your symptoms started, so that we can address them once and for all. My passion is to empower my clients with self-awareness, so they can better understand themselves. Through self-awareness, we will build self-compassion.
