As a therapist, my mission is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. My approach offers a range of evidence-based therapies, including DBT, CBT, trauma-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. With a focus on identity exploration and identification, I provide a safe and compassionate space for clients to explore their authentic selves and cultivate meaningful change.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy writing poetry, reading, and being outdoors (I also love trying new foods). I am proud to identify as a part of the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as a POC.
