I have twelve years of experience with diverse groups of clients facing different challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, family and professional relationships, loss and grief, and transitions through different stages of life. I believe successful therapy starts with collaboratively identifying present issues and goals for our work together. I work within the systemic approach, where everyone is viewed through the lenses of his or her relations with others. I work with brief therapy framework where clients can move forward within 8-10 sessions.
