I have over 15 years of psychotherapy experience and I am in network for most BCBS & Aetna plans. I enjoy individual and couples psychotherapy. My therapy approach is warm, mindfulness informed and driven by what the science shows to be helpful. I would enjoy working with you to reach your unique therapy goals. I enjoyed researching marital communication in graduate school at OSU, and have loved working with couples ever since. I draw from the research on healthy communication skills and how to from close emotional connections. More recently, I have studied the contribution of Mindfulness to therapy, individual well-being, and relationships.
