If you're skeptical about starting therapy because you're not sure if you really need it, please read on. No struggle is too small or insignificant, and every difficulty becomes manageable when you're supported. I specialize in guilt, burnout, and self-actualization and I work best with motivated clients seeking relief from stress and/or sadness. If you are looking for a doctor who prefers to be called by her first name - one who is direct but not harsh, curious but un-shockable, witty but not flippant, and relatable but not overly familiar - we're probably a great fit for each other.

I help people identify, challenge and reframe thoughts and behaviors that no longer work for them by drawing from multiple treatment modalities, including ACT, REBT, EMDR and Socratic Questioning.
