I provide psychotherapy to individuals struggling with mental health issues and other stressors. My aim is to provide a safe space in which patients can process their life experiences and gain insight into their behaviors and patterns. Insight and increased attunement to the self and others can help lead to change and greater fulfillment.
I specialize in working with individuals with depression, anxiety, histories of trauma, and family and relationship conflict, as well as those who are exploring their identities and seeking increased self-awareness. In addition to working with adults, I have extensive experience treating children, adolescents, and caregivers.
