We can work together in identifying and establishing which skills and strategies will support you most effectively. Through learning to manage complicated emotions, we also learn to navigate life situations in a healthier way. Improving both our own lives, and the relationships with those around us.
I currently have available open appointments for in-person and virtual sessions. In addition, I have monthly treatment groups which are great introduction for anyone new to therapy or looking for a low-commitment option to supplement their mental health.
