Each of us has a "story" to tell: where we've come from, what we've experienced, and what we hope for. Things don't always turn out the way we imagine they will. We experience sadness, disappointment, stress and anxiety - sometimes we cope effectively, and sometimes we feel overwhelmed and at a loss. I have a special interest in helping people adjust to life events and transitions such as school/college, marriage, parenting, divorce and mid-life. I also have experience working with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, learning differences, ADHD and addictions.
I care deeply about helping people who seek experienced professional support to change their personal relationships, address issues that matter, engage in personal growth and live more authentic, meaningful lives. I offer a safe, trusting space in which people can explore what matters most to them.
We all want to belong, to be "seen" and understood by the people we care about. If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, lonely or unfulfilled, I would welcome the opportunity to work with you or anyone you know who can benefit from therapeutic support.
