Hi, my name is Mysha. I prioritize providing individuals, couples, families, and teenagers with a specialized treatment plan, catered to their needs. I create an open, trustworthy, and safe space where you feel comfortable to talk about anything. This is a no judgment zone, where we use tools to help you access your inner child and inner self. We go at your pace and my clients are always in charge of their futures. I use various techniques, such as, strength-based perspectives, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness therapy, motivational interviewing, and much more!
I empower my clients to better understand their wants and their needs. Confidentiality and active listening are the keys to creating a positive and effective therapeutic relationship. I have an extensive background in helping families rebuild relationships, reducing teen defiance, and assisting parents in building better relationships with their children.
