Hi there, my name is Myrna Macias-Prado, LCSW, PPSC. I'm based in the San Bernardino County and provide services via telehealth throughout California. I work with individuals and children/youth. I utilize an individualized and culturally sensitive approach to therapy. I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy interventions to help my clients.
Most of my experience has been working with children/youth under 18 years old. Which often means working with children/youth struggling with Anxiety, Depression, Stress and Trauma diagnoses.
I adapt my communication style depending on the individual needs of my clients. I attempt to create a safe, non-judgmental, and welcoming environment in order to provide the best service possible for each individual.
