I have been in practice for more than 25 years, helping teens, young adults, adults, and couples facing life’s many challenges. This experience has taught me that every person coming to therapy has their own circumstances needing understanding and attention. I have specialized training in emotionally-focused couples therapy, trauma, mindfulness in treating depression and anxiety, and working with individuals in the LGBTQ+, ADHD, Veteran, and IC populations.
