I am a trans-identified therapist who is passionate about supporting LGBTQIA clients. I frequently work with late-diagnosed ADHD-ers, college students, chronic illness/disability, "late bloomers", relationship and family issues, body image (HAES-aligned), and mood disorders. I provide an affirming space for clients who are sex workers, kink practitioners, and consensually non-monogamous.
My approach to therapy is person-centered, strengths-based, non-pathologizing, and informed by the impacts of trauma and social systems. From my perspective, you are the expert on your own life experience. I am here to collaborate with you by bringing my clinical and lived experience to help you reach your goals.
I believe that its a bit of a miracle the first time anyone enters the room for therapy. There are often so many barriers that have to be overcome just to cross that threshold. You've done so much to get there and you deserve to be met with care, to be truly heard, and to be seen for who you are. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions for me.
