I am a radically person-centered, trauma-informed, mind-body behavioral health practitioner with 12 yrs experience in the human services field. I provide a welcoming, supportive, non-judgmental space to freely vent & process concerns, while offering practical tools & strategies to manage/alleviate symptoms.
