When you come to me for therapy, you are met with compassion and understanding, without judgment.

I have experience working with child and adult clients with ADHD, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, life stressors, and depression. The approach I use in therapy is holistic and collaborative, where you have a voice in the therapeutic process and I tailor my approach, assessment, and treatment plan to meet your therapeutic needs and goals.

I utilize a combination of therapeutic styles centered around Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Person-Centered Therapy.
